Terms of Service
Last updated: August 18, 2026
The short version: this is a free, early-access queue/scheduling tool — not a medical record, not a payment processor, and not something we charge you for right now. Use it for what it is, be straight with your customers, and if anything here worries you, email us before you rely on it for something critical.
The service
myeasytool provides hosted queue, scheduling, and job-tracking tools for small businesses — clinics, salons, and repair shops — as a hosted alternative to the free Google Sheet templates taught on our YouTube channel. By creating an account, you agree to these terms.
What this isn't
The clinic queue tool manages walk-in order, wait estimates, and appointment status — it is not a medical record, an electronic health record (EHR), or a HIPAA-covered system, and it isn't designed or certified to store diagnoses, treatment notes, or other protected health information. If your practice is weighing whether this tool fits your regulatory obligations, that's a real question worth asking us directly before you rely on it — email [email protected].
Your account
- You're responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for what happens under your account.
- You confirm that the information you give us at signup — your email, business name, and country — is accurate.
- Staff you invite into your account act on your behalf; it's your responsibility to remove access when someone leaves.
Acceptable use
Use the service for the operational purpose it's built for. Don't:
- Use it to store data you don't have the right or consent to collect from your patients or customers.
- Attempt to disrupt, overload, or gain unauthorized access to the service or another tenant's data.
- Use automated tools to create accounts or bypass the signup verification in place to keep the service usable for everyone on it.
Free trial & pricing
The hosted service is currently free, with no credit card required and no paid plans in effect. If that changes, we will announce pricing here in advance and no charge will ever apply to your account without your explicit consent — you will never be silently switched onto a paid plan.
Availability
This is an early-access product, provided as-is and as-available while we actively build it. We aim for the reliability a business depends on, but we don't currently guarantee a specific uptime commitment. If the service is unavailable in a way that matters to your business, tell us — that's exactly the kind of thing an early-access product needs to hear about directly.
Your data
What we collect, why, and who else sees it is covered in full in the Privacy Policy. In short: it's used to run the service you signed up for, not sold, and your queue history isn't deleted just because a trial lapses.
Termination
You can stop using the service at any time. We may suspend or terminate an account that violates the acceptable-use terms above or that puts the service or other tenants at risk — we'll tell you why, not just cut access silently, except where abuse makes that impractical (e.g. an active attack on the service).
Liability
The service is provided "as is," without warranties of any kind, express or implied. To the extent permitted by law, myeasytool is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service. Nothing here limits liability where the law doesn't allow it to be limited.
Changes to these terms
If we change these terms in a way that matters, we'll update the date at the top of this page and, for account holders, say so directly.
